The proprietary software code, game logic, branding, logos, and UI layout of AUTODLE are the intellectual property of Helios Labs.

All automotive brand names, trademarks, make and model designations, and performance statistics referenced in AUTODLE are the property of their respective trademark holders. Their inclusion in AUTODLE is strictly for educational, trivia, identification, and fair-use informational purposes. AUTODLE is an independent publication and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any automotive manufacturer.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AUTODLE solely for lawful personal entertainment and educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit the puzzle verification API.
• Engage in automated scraping or bot-driven traffic generation that overburdens server infrastructure.
• Circumvent or tamper with security or rate-limiting features.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and trivia on AUTODLE are provided on an 'as is' basis. Helios Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
